چکیده
We hereby demonstrate that 1H detected 15N-1H heteronuclear multiple-quantum spectroscopy can be carried out at a magic angle spinning frequency of 150 kHz. While the coherences directly excited from dipolar order created by method adiabatic demagnetization in rotating frame, it is technically more advantageous to acquire chemical shift evolution coherence two separate periods for and 15N. also show correlation spectrum obtained shearing corresponding single-quantum spectrum.

Heteronuclear local field NMR spectroscopy under fast magic-angle sample spinning conditions
The acquisition of bidimensional heteronuclear nuclear magnetic resonance local field spectra under moderately fast magic-angle spinning (MAS) conditions is discussed. It is shown both experimentally and with the aid of numerical simulations on multispin systems that when sufficiently fast MAS rates are employed, quantitative dipolar sideband patterns from directly bonded spin pairs can be acqu...

متن کاملIn Vivo Heteronuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy.
Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy is a technique that has the capability of measuring metabolites in vivo and, in appropriate conditions, to infer its metabolic rates. The success of MRS depends a lot on its sensitivity, which limits the usage of X-nuclei MRS. However, technological developments and refinements in methods have made in vivo heteronuclear MRS possible in humans and in small animals...
متن کاملHeteronuclear Multidimensional Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy
The development of ▶ single-molecule spectroscopy has allowed for the investigation of a variety of biological questions previously inaccessible by ensemble techniques. The strength of single-molecule tools comes from the high-resolution data extracted from such experiments. Proper interpretation of these data requires efficient, unbiased analysis routines that are able to distinguish relevant ...
متن کاملUtilizing afterglow magnetization from cross-polarization magic-angle-spinning solid-state NMR spectroscopy to obtain simultaneous heteronuclear multidimensional spectra.
The time required for data acquisition and subsequent spectral assignment are limiting factors for determining biomolecular structure and dynamics using solid-state NMR spectroscopy. While strong magnetic dipolar couplings give rise to relatively broad spectra lines, the couplings also mediate the coherent magnetization transfer via the Hartmann-Hahn cross-polarization (HH-CP) experiment. This ...
